S.K. Choppin Demolition announces the completion of a successful pool demolition project in Highland, CA. In Post #1 we gave you a photo overview of the project. In this post, we are giving a video overview. Originally, the videos were used by the estimating team to document the project scope of work details, means and methods for the demolition work, and finally used as a tool to describe the work to the field crew and crew leader upon starting the project.
Once we viewed the project via aerial photos and when the project complexity warrants a site visit, we’ll walk the job as we did in the videos above. From that, we will produce the necessary scope of work documents. In this case we create the scope of work for the part of the pool to be fully removed (certified removal) and the deep end of the pool only partially removed (un-certified).
